Sleep Concert

Sound meditation supports deep relaxation of both body and mind by gently influencing the nervous system, breathing, and the body’s natural rhythms.

As you listen, brain waves gradually slow down, allowing the body to move from a state of constant alertness into rest, recovery, and regeneration.

Over the course of a six-hour experience, voice, gongs, singing bowls, flutes, rattles, and field recordings intertwine to create a rich, multilayered sound landscape.

Moving at the threshold between sound art and sound therapy, the performance used slow rhythms and sustained tones to support

deep calming and regenerative states.

Sound is explored as a medium for inner balance, inviting listeners to reconnect with their own sensations, embodied awareness, and the natural rhythms that often fade beneath the pace of everyday life.
